Individual psychotherapy for adults

“A person is a fluid process, not a fixed and static entity; a flowing river of change, not a block of solid material; a continually changing constellation of potentialities, not a fixed quantity of traits.”

― Carl R. Rogers, On Becoming a Person: A Therapist's View of Psychotherapy

We all have moments when we hold ourselves back from being who we want to be; we are held back by our critical thoughts, become lost in parts of ourselves we don’t like, are overwhelmed by the weight of our shame. We pull back from ourselves, from others, and from our lives; finding ourselves stuck.

I would like to help you find a way to become unstuck. Together we can build a safe and connected space, where we can better look inside and find what keeps you fixed in one place, work to understand why it persists, and develop ways to free yourself.
